HOLLYWOOD, Calif.-CinemaElectric Inc. launched its mobile multimedia content offerings in Asia with its Singapore-based partner, Orange Gum PTE Ltd.
Orange Gum will distribute CinemaElectric’s content via operators New World Mobile and SmarTone in Hong Kong; FarEasTone, KG Telecom, Mobitai and Taiwan Cellular Corp. in Taiwan; and portals WebWalker by Kyocera in Singapore and Relaxz Park in China and Taiwan.
Offerings include color wallpaper, animated multimedia messaging service and PocketCinema video content and applications. Orange Gum is responsible for interactions with local mobile-phone carriers and portals, along with distribution, billing and support.
