DUBLIN, Ireland-NewBay Software announced it has partnered with Ericsson as part of the Ericsson Mobility World Programme. Under their agreement, Ericsson will promote and market NewBay’s FoneBlog solution to mobile network operators worldwide.
FoneBlog provides wireless users with a personal Internet Web site where they can post pictures, audio, video and text to share with others over PCs and mobile-phone browsers.
“FoneBlog immediately increases MMS revenue and WAP traffic for operators while providing a fun, addictive, easy to use service for consumers. It is also the perfect application to support sales of camera phones,” said Frank Healy at Ericsson Mobility World.
