TEL AVIV, Israel-RADCOM Ltd. plans to unveil its Cellular Performer Expert network analysis solution at the 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, France.
The solution monitors and analyzes the performance of radio access, core signaling and core IP components. It provides Key Performance Indicator analyses with real-time alarms that detect network faults before customers experience problems.
“The Cellular Performer Expert system facilitates extensive troubleshooting by characterizing and investigating problems down to the faulty frame level,” said Doron Milchtaich, RADCOM’s cellular technologies product manager. “It is an ideal tool for troubleshooting, maintaining internal network quality, managing Service Level Agreements and for rolling out new services.”
The solution supports GPRS and UMTS networks, and the company plans to offer CDMA2000 network support within the next two months.
