ATLANTA-Mobile planning and optimization solutions provider Optimi reported that an unnamed North American GSM carrier has deployed its GPRS/EDGE Planning and Optimization Solution for the carrier’s nationwide network. Optimi said the solution will enable the carrier to better ensure customer quality of service and improve overall user satisfaction.
