ATLANTA-Wireless application and technology company Air2Web announced it acquired European wireless software company Wokup SA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are very excited about the merger with Wokup,” said Sanjoy Malik, Air2Web’s president and chief executive officer. “Air2Web is already providing significant wireless solutions to blue chip companies and carriers in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. By establishing Air2Web Europe, we have taken an important step toward expanding our global reach.
