NEW YORK-HighPointe Group L.L.C. has been chosen by Wyndham International to provide rooftop management services for its hotels. HighPointe will provide Wyndham with services, including rooftop leasing, site assessment, site audits, RF engineering, contract negotiations and accounting, and 24-hour access management.
“Wyndham has enormous potential to meet the renewed need for additional cell sites,” said Jud Pankey, president of HighPointe. “This is an ideal example of how our model of focusing solely on rooftop management-eliminating any potential conflicts of interest-is attractive to a landlord with national presence who wants to increase revenues from the rooftop.”
HighPointe currently manages more than 3,400 rooftop sites in North America.
