URBANDALE, Iowa-Nokia Corp. said it has signed a $15 million deal to supply GSM equipment for carrier I Wireless, formerly known as Iowa Wireless Services.
Under the deal, Nokia will provide GSM core and EDGE-capable radio network equipment, as well as a short message service center, GPRS-capable network and implementation services.
“This new agreement will enhance our service even more, with expanded capacity and state-of-the-art GPRS data services,” said the carrier.
