WASHINGTON-Connexn Technologies introduced its Certo Cost and Revenue Assurance (CRA) software platform at this week’s Billing World 2004 show in Washington, D.C.
The platform allows communications service providers to manage multiple CRA applications from one interface. “Carriers have been asking for an enterprise-grade platform to manage all of their CRA programs, and now they have one,” said Woody Ritchey, president and chief executive officer of Connexn.
“With Certo, customers can quickly deploy packaged applications for immediate returns and scale CRA efforts to address data integrity across the enterprise in self-funding increments,” Ritchey added. “We believe Certo sets a new standard for CRA by offering a single platform that provides economies of scale in support of multiple applications and low cost of ownership.”
Connexn also unveiled a host of packaged applications to run on the Certo platform. The solutions, to be demonstrated at this week’s show, include Certo Interconnect Assurance, Certo Wireless Postpaid Usage Assurance and Certo Wireline Postpaid Subscription Assurance. In addition, Connexn said it has partnered with billing solutions provider CSG Systems to align several of CSG’s offerings with the Certo platform.
