Good gains 2,000 customers

SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Wireless enterprise vendor Good Technology announced its customer base now totals more than 2,000.

“In the first quarter, our partners helped us to sign a record number of new accounts,” said Danny Shader, the company’s chief executive officer. “We are grateful for the support that our customers and partners have shown us, and we will continue to invest aggressively in the technologies and support services that help our customers and partners prosper.”

“We searched for an easy-to-manage, secure messaging and data access system to provide our employees with full Outlook access from a wireless mobile device, and Good Technology fit the bill,” said Forrest Jenkins, telecommunications business manager for Scana Corp., Good’s 2,000th customer. “Good’s hands-on approach to customer service, combined with the simplicity of the GoodLink system, drove our decision.”

Good sells devices and software to allow business users to remotely connect to corporate applications and information. The company said its GoodLink service costs $330 per subscriber per year.
