Cellcom should have been No. 14 on the U.S. Carriers-3rd Tier By the Numbers list in the May 3 issue of RCR Wireless News. Cellcom covers 810,000 pops and has licenses covering 4.1 million total pops in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, South Dakota and Wyoming.
