SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Zeevo Inc. and Smart Modular Technologies Inc. said they have entered a strategic alliance to develop and sell Bluetooth modules.
The companies will focus not only on the embedded Bluetooth solutions market, but also on the audio-over-Bluetooth market.
“As audio-over-Bluetooth evolves, consumers will have the opportunity to enjoy the luxury of CD-quality sound without being physically tethered to their MP3 players,” said Robert Ragusano, vice president and general manager of Smart’s communication products division.
