LONDON-Vodafone Group plc reported the closing of the public offering made by its wholly owned subsidiary Vodafone International Holdings B.V. for the shares that Vodafone and its subsidiaries did not already own in its Japanese-based Vodafone Holdings K.K. Following the offering, Vodafone said its ownership in Vodafone Holdings K.K. would be 96.08 percent and that in accordance with Tokyo Stock Exchange rules, Vodafone Holdings K.K. would be delisted on March 31.
