SAN JOSE, Calif.-Orative, which develops mobile collaboration software, said it raised $12 million in series B funding.
The round was led by Trinity Ventures. The company will use the funds for development, marketing and sales of its mobile communications products, which are aimed at enterprise customers.
Orative said it has secured a total of $18 million in funding.
In other news, Orative announced Fred Wang has joined its board of directors. Wang is general partner at Trinity Ventures.
