Puerto Rican operator completes Phase II deployment

ANNAPOLIS, Md.-MoviStar Puerto Rico has completed the initial deployment of Phase II E911 services via technology from Telecommunication Systems Inc. MoviStar is certified by the public-safety answering point in Puerto Rico as being live with Phase II E911.

MoviStar Puerto Rico is managed by Telefonica Moviles.
