MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-Vernier Networks, which provides adaptive network security products, said it has added $2 million to its series D funding round, for a new total of $12 million.
The company has raised a total of $35 million to date.
In addition, the company said it added Blake Modersitzki, of investor UV partners, to its board. The company also named Sean Gavin its vice president of sales.
