BASINGTOKE, England-T-Mobile International launched Motorola Inc.’s music-focused E398 handset to T-Mobile’s customers across Europe.
The phone includes a color screen, a VGA-quality digital camera with flash, an integrated MP3 player, MPEG-4 video playback and what Motorola describes as “3D stereo surround-sound vibration sensory technology.” Capitalizing on its multimedia capabilities, the handset also includes exclusive pre-loaded music content from MTV and several artists, a stereo headset, a 64-megabyte TransFlash memory card and SD card adapter. The handset includes support for GPRS-based data networks, J2ME downloadable content and Bluetooth technology.
T-Mobile said the handset will be available at the end of August across its European territories, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Croatia and Slovakia.
