WALTHAM, Mass.-Chantry Networks, which makes solutions for wireless local area network enterprise security, said its second-round venture funding has risen to $17 million, thanks to Siemens Venture Capital.
The other investor includes Louis Rajczi of Investor Partner.
“Siemens is a global ‘giant,’ in the enterprise solutions business,” said Peter N. Vicars, president and chief executive officer of Chantry Networks. “With their expertise in telephony and large IT deployments, they bring a unique perspective and skills to converged IP networking.”
