DALLAS-JP Mobile said its SureWave Mobile Office product was deployed by two international wireless carriers.
First, b2Wireless, a systems integrator and the exclusive supplier of wireless e-mail capabilities to British Telecom, will supply the product to BT for resale under the brand name Mobile Office Wireless E-mail. BT will offer its enterprise customers SureWave-based push e-mail and personal information management applications on wireless devices that interface to Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise or Lotus Domino mail servers.
In addition, Indian carrier Airtel, a subsidiary of Bharti Cellular Ltd., will offer Airtel business customers a suite of mobile office solutions powered by SureWave Mobile Office called Mail Live.
“Mail Live will help in redefining the way our business customers will keep pace with their work in a seamless manner, either while they are traveling or at home,” said Mr. K. Srinivas, chief executive officer of Bharti Cellular.
