BELLEVUE, Wash.-WatchMark-Comnitel said it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase ADC Telecommunications’ Metrica Service Assurance software group.
The combined company will be headquartered in Bellevue, Wash. David Heaps, senior vice president and general manager of the Metrica business unit, will become president and chief operations officer of the company. The transaction is expected to close within 60 days.
WatchMark said the combined companies will have the largest worldwide installed base of wireless service assurance products.
