SAN JOSE, Calif.-Intellisync Corporation’s synchronization software is available for T-Mobile USA subscribers carrying Danger’s Sidekick devices, the company announced Tuesday.
The software, which can be downloaded from the carrier’s Web site, allows users to synchronize calendars, contacts and tasks between handsets and computers using Microsoft Outlook software. T-Mobile is the fifth carrier to offer the application; other operators include Triton PCS, Cable & Wireless in the Caribbean, Germany’s E-Plus and Austria’s One.
“This announcement with T-Mobile underscores how important we believe the Intellisync solution is becoming in the mobile carrier market,” said Clyde Foster, Intellisync’s chief operating officer.<
