SANTA ANA, Calif.-Powerwave Technologies Inc. announced a global supplier agreement for UMTS infrastructure equipment available to all Vodafone Group plc subsidiaries worldwide. This agreement enables local Vodafone companies around the world to purchase Powerwave products and services negotiated at a global level.
“We are pleased that Vodafone chose to incorporate Powerwave in its ongoing plans,” said Ronald Buschur, president and chief operating officer of Powerwave. “Vodafone has consistently sought out the best available technologies for its customers’ telecommunication needs.”
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.<
