ST. LOUIS-Billing and CRM software provider Amdocs said T-Mobile Hungary, Hungary’s largest mobile operator, has deployed Amdocs’ ClarifyCRM solution to manage its customer contacts and provide customer support.
The deployment will help link front- and back-office systems throughout the company and streamline all customer-facing business processes for a single customer view, said Amdocs.
