PARIS-Alcatel Corp. said it has completed the acquisition of Spatial Wireless, which makes software-based switching solutions. Alcatel first announced the $250 million buy in September.
Spatial Wireless’ flagship product known as Spatial Atrium is now called Alcatel 5020 Spatial Atrium Softswitch. The product works seamlessly in GSM/EDGE, UMTS and CDMA networks, said Alcatel.
