CONCORD, Mass.-Software developer Integrated Development Enterprise Inc. (IDE) announced Tuesday that Qualcomm Inc. will use its flagship product to improve resource capacity planning and portfolio program management.
IDE said Qualcomm purchased IDweb, a modular services application suite, in an effort to curb development costs and increase efficiency in bringing new products to launch.
“The next generation of product development management is a time period beginning now when growth companies are focused on increasing development productivity, reducing development costs and being more responsive to and profitable on new market opportunities,” said Michael McGrath, chairman of IDE. “IDE developed IDweb solutions specifically to help growing companies such as Qualcomm achieve these goals.”
