TAMPA, Fla.-Syniverse Technologies Inc. set its previously announced initial public offering at 17.6 million shares selling between $20 and $22 each.
The company in Securities and Exchange Commission filings said its underwriters would have the option to buy an additional 2.6 million shares. Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Bear Stearns & Co. are the company’s lead underwriters.
In the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2004, Syniverse reported $244 million in revenues and $10.8 million in earnings, numbers up from the $201 million in revenues and $1.2 million in earnings during the same period last year.
