TORONTO-Nortel Networks Ltd. has filed a lawsuit against its former chief executive and two other executives, asking them to repay bonuses they received in 2003.
In the filing with the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice, Nortel is seeking for CEO Frank Dunn to return about $6.4 million. The company wants former chief financial officer Dougas Beatty to pay back $2.4 million and former controller Michael Gogolly to refund $1.6 million.
The complaint said twelve senior executives have agreed to pay back $6.9 million worth of bonuses.
