Infineon enjoys upgrade

NEW YORK-Deutsche Bank raised its rating on Infineon from “sell” to “buy” Thursday following news that the company plans to restructure its chip manufacturing organization, including phasing out manufacturing at its Munich Perlach plant in Germany.
