BOSTON-American Tower Corp. said it will postpone its 2004 earnings release for the second time to enable it to complete the year-end audit of the company.
The company had earlier delayed the results release until today.
The tower operator said it anticipates a loss of between $82 million and $66 million, or between 36 cents and 29 cents per share, for 2005, adding its revenue will range between $740 million and 759 million.
American Tower said it will release its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2004 by the end of March. The accounting review is a reaction to a Securities and Exchange Commission ruling on how companies calculated depreciation expense and straight-line rent expense relating to tower assets.
