NEW YORK-Dianet Communications Inc. said it has completed a $25 million financing facility with investment firm Wexford Capital L.L.C.
Daniels & Associates arranged the facility.
Dianet designs and builds distributed antenna systems to improve coverage in open areas and in buildings. The company recently won a franchise with the city of New York to attach antennas and related equipment to as many as 3.000 city light poles and traffic lights.
