SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. appointed Joan Waltman president of the company’s Wireless Business Solutions business-to-business wireless solutions division.
She replaces Chris Wolfe, who is retiring but will remain with QWBS until Aug. 31. Waltman most recently was senior vice president of engineering, product development and global network services for QWBS.
