LONDON-Symbian said it appointed Nigel Clifford as its chief executive officer to begin in June.
Clifford most recently served as CEO of Tertio Telecoms Ltd., which was sold to Evolving Systems Inc. in November. Tertio develops and markets billing and management software to fixed, cable and mobile operators. He has also worked at Cable & Wireless. Clifford replaces David Legin, who announced his resignation earlier this year.
