SAN FRANCISCO-Trilibis Mobile, which provides mobile software solutions for online communities and content providers, said it raised $1 million in its series A private placement round.
The funds will be used for further product development, general sales and marketing programs. Trilibis released its first mobile community service in 2003. Its peepsnation service is a revenue-generating subscription-based mobile social networking community, said the company.
