HELSINKI, Finland-Finnish operator Elisa and Nokia signed a frame agreement calling for Nokia to expand Elisa’s second- and third-generation mobile networks in Finland and Estonia.
The agreement extends a frame agreement signed between the companies in 2001. Nokia will supply radio network solutions including its High Speed Downlink Packet Access solution as well as expanded circuit core and packet core networks.
The two companies also agreed to test Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem technology.
