SAN FRANCISCO-Soma Networks Inc., which provides broadband wireless access technology, and Sanyo Electric Co. Ltd. formed a strategic relationship that calls for the companies to jointly develop and manufacture BWA equipment based on Soma’s architecture.
The first product jointly developed by the companies is currently undergoing customer trials and is set to be commercially deployed in the second half of this year.
