NOTTINGHAM, United Kingdom-Esendex, which provides business text-messaging solutions, said it launched subsidiaries in Spain and Australia.
The company said the launches mark the beginning of its overseas’ expansion strategy. The company’s Spanish subsidiary, Esendex Espana S.L., is located in Barcelona, and its Australian subsidiary, Esendex Australia Pty Ltd., is located in Sydney.
“Our research shows the Spanish and Australian business SMS markets are less advanced than the U.K.,” said Julian Hucker, managing director of Esendex. “We hope to gain first-mover advantage and replicate our market leadership in both countries.”
