FREMONT, Calif.-Pegasus Wireless Corp., a wireless solutions provider, announced it is set to acquire a controlling interest in a Chinese electronics manufacturing facility and expects its annual revenues to increase by $15 million, accretive to earnings per share.
Pegasus Wireless did not name the facility, but said it’s located in the Su-Zhou region, known as the Silicon Valley of China.
“This is an opportunity to acquire a consistently profitable manufacturing facility that has extensive experience in providing manufacturing services to customers worldwide,” said Jasper Knabb, president of Pegasus Wireless. “This will also allow Pegasus Wireless to provide end-to-end solutions at the most competitive price. The company’s existing clients include BellSouth, Dell, Swisscom, I-O Data and many others in the United States, Europe and Japan.”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
