SAN JOSE, Calif.-Chinese mobile handset manufacturer TCL Communication Technology plans to use Royal Philips Electronics N.V.’s Nexperia Cellular System Solution as the basis for its first third-generation/UMTS handset.
TCL will use the Nexperia Cellular System Solution 7210, which is a complete 3G/UMTS hardware and software solution, including baseband, radio-frequency and multimedia functionality.
