IRVINE, Calif.-Wireless infrastructure services company VelociTel Inc. said it plans to acquire Crown Castle Corp. subsidiary Site Safe Inc., which provides RF health and safety compliance solutions for the wireless industry.
VelociTel noted Site Safe would allow it to offer more sophisticated engineering services to augment its current wireless infrastructure services.
Terms of the deal were not released.
