MUNICH, Germany-Siemens AG said it received a $70.8 million order from the Saudi Railways Organization to upgrade more than 600 miles of the Saudi Arabian railway network infrastructure between Dammam and Riyadh. The network upgrades include new signaling and safety equipment, a GSM railway network and a video monitoring system for railway crossings.
