PARIS-Security and IT vendor Groupe Silicomp announced it purchased Cadimes, which specializes in testing cards and contactless readers for RFID technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, although Groupe Silicomp said the acquisition would be “highly earnings enhancing.”
Cadimes has 7 employees in France. Last year the company was profitable and generated sales of almost $1 million.
