RESTON, Va.-Sprint Nextel Corp. said it completed the acquisition of CDMA affiliate Enterprise Communications Partnership. The move ends Enterprise’s litigation against Sprint Nextel, which related to affiliate exclusivity agreements following Sprint Corp.’s acquisition of Nextel Communications Inc.
Sprint Nextel announced in December it would purchase Enterprise for $98 million, including the assumption of debt.
Columbus, Ga.-based Enterprise provides CDMA-based service to about 52,000 subscribers in Georgia and Alabama.
