PLAINFIELD, Ind.—Handset distributor Brightpoint Holdings B.V. said it acquired all the outstanding shares of Persequor Ltd., which previously supplied management services to Brightpoint Asia Ltd. and Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Brightpoint Holdings, Brightpoint Asia and Brightpoint India all are subsidiaries of Indiana-based Brightpoint Inc.
Persequor supplied a variety of products, services and software to customers in 15 countries in the African, Middle East and South Asian region.
The management services agreements between Brightpoint and Persequor have been terminated as part of the acquisition. In addition, Brightpoint gained ownership of a 15-percent interest in Brightpoint India that Persequor previously held.
