NEW YORK—Virgin Mobile USA L.L.C. and Virgin Records are teaming with EMI to offer four exclusive ringtones from hip-hop star Big Boi.
The clips are based on four tracks from a compilation album from the Outkast member released last November. Four ringtones will be available exclusively to Virgin Mobile USA users through May 2; the operator is also offering six non-exclusive ringtones by various artists from the album.
“Big Boi’s music appeals to a broad spectrum of listeners,” said Dominick Tolli, vice president of product management and development for Virgin Mobile USA.
