OVERLAND PARK, Kan.—Sprint Nextel Corp. is targeting Spanish speakers with a live video and audio service for its Power Vision subscribers.
The offering, dubbed TV En Vivo, includes channels in both Spanish and English delivering breaking news, sports, music videos and weather. The carrier also offers a Java-based version from wireless video provider MobiTV.
The service is available for $10 a month and includes more than a dozen channels including Spanish versions of ESPN, Discovery Channel and AccuWeather.com.
