- Finland: L.M. Ericsson said it completed a 3G network upgrade for DNA Finland, including an HSPA software upgrade.
Wi-Fi - United States: Ruckus Wireless said US Internet has chosen it to support in-home connectivity for a metro Wi-Fi network in Minneapolis.
Miscellaneous - Germany: Motorola Inc. said it won a contract to supply a TETRA network for the Munich airport.
- United States: PacketHop Inc. said it won a deal with the Lakewood, N.J., police department to provide a 4.9 GHz broadband mobile-mesh network solution to enhance officer communication, coordination, video surveillance and security.
