Agilent Technologies Inc. announced its new Wireless Data Analytics solution for 3G networks.
The solution allows wireless operators to automatically receive a variety of analytics on customer behavior and experiences, mobile services and handset and network performance. The company said the solution helps carriers reduce or prevent churn, increase revenues, cut operating costs and target capital investments more effectively.
Agilent is demonstrating the solution this week at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The company made several other announcements this week at the show, including launching an end-to-end analysis and troubleshooting solution for LTE networks. The Signaling Analyzer Real Time solution for LTE builds on a platform that covers GSM/GPRS, UMTS, CDMA2000 and other technologies and provides monitoring and network diagnostics.
Agilent also is demonstrating this week a new end-to-end monitoring and integrated troubleshooting solution for Mobile Softswitch networks. The solution is designed to help carriers retain voice customers while moving to MSS.
Finally, Agilent announced its new book, “LTE and the Evolution to 4G Wireless – Design and Measurement Challenges.” The book offers an in-depth look at 3GPP LTE technology and its design and testing challenges.
