American Tower swings to $85.8 million profit

American Tower Corp. ( AMT ) said Thursday that it swung to a fourth-quarter net profit of $85.8 million, or 21 cents a share, from a loss of $5.5 million, or a penny a share, a year earlier. The operator of broadcast and wireless communications sites said revenue rose 8% to $408.3 million.
