Arden Media Company today announced the winners of the inaugural RCR Wireless Ecosystem Awards, which honor the top achievements submitted in 10 broad segments of the wireless, telecom, media and IT market that comprise the “RCR Wireless Ecosystem.” The awards showcase those companies and individuals that have demonstrated success, innovation, and excellence in the industry in these 10 segments that include: Business/Operation Support Systems (BSS/OSS), Carriers, The Channel, Chips, Content and Mobile Marketing, Customers, Devices, Enabler Applications, Facilitators and Infrastructure.
“Most significantly, the awards recognize those contributions that have made an impact on the industry and the people it serves,” said Jeff Mucci, managing partner of Arden Media and publisher of RCR Wireless News. “We received an outstanding group of submissions that is a true testament to the forward-thinking, creative spirit of our industry.”
Entrants could submit in 36 different categories, based on the 10 ecosystem segments. Judging of all eligible entries was performed by RCR Wireless News’ leading editorial team and its publishers. Despite receiving entries throughout the 36 categories, not every category produced a winning selection, based on the judging review. The winners include the following:
