Sprint unveils 4G wireless router device

A new Sprint Corp. product will allow customers in 27 markets, including Austin, to simultaneously link up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices to their 4G cell phone network, officials announced today.

The Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot will hit the market Sunday and is part to of the company’s strategy to get more buy in to its “10 times faster” network. The Override wireless router will sell for about $100 with a two-year service contract that costs about $60 per month.
