Arm cramps? You may have Cellbow

Computer eye strain, Gamer’s Thumb, but what’s the latest tech affliction? Well, according to Jabra it’s Cellbow.
“Not sure what an ‘ulnar nerve’ is or how you might be compressing yours? Well, if your elbow aches, your forearm tingles, and pinky finger goes numb from time to time, your elbow could be crying for you to put down your cell phone,” reads the latest Jabra release, fittingly sent out on April 1st.
Jabra sells hands-free communication devices and earsets.
“Funny bone aside, Cellbow, or “cell phone elbow” (cubital tunnel syndrome), is no joke…just humerus.” Arf.
Bad jokes aside, Jabra is promoting its new GotCellbow.com website, which it claims has all the tools you need to help you stage a cellular intervention.
The site even has video e-cards and mobile greetings to “help communicate to loved ones that ‘enough is enough,’ because, let’s face it, for this ailment it’s better not to pick up a phone and call a doctor.”
Jabra is also offering a rather nifty competition to those willing to surf on over to its site.
by sending the videos to a friend (or enemy), one could win a:
– MacBook Air (grand prize)
– Apple iPhone (second prize)
– Jabra STONE (third prize – 25 winners)
We found the video rather amusing. See for yourselves.
